Our Returns/Refund Policy
Due to the made to order nature of our products we do not accept returns/offer refunds. If there is an issue with a product please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue, usually with a replacement.

Our Cancellation Policy
Due to the made to order nature of our products we can only accept the cancellation of an order if the order has not gone to print. Once an order has been printed we are not able to cancel it.

Order Reprint
We offer a free reprint service (excluding post and packaging) for any order placed, limited to 1 reprint per item with no changes. Any changes that are required due to changes/mistake made by the customer will incur a charge of €1 per item (the change is limited to a max of 2 details on the item, excluding spelling mistakes) upon agreement that the change should not constitute a complete change to the details, meaning the ticket could be used for a different trip/event. Any changes above 2 details will require a new item to be purchased. Please contact us via the normal channels to speak to us about this. If the mistake is made by us we will replace the items that are incorrect only, this will be free of charge including standard postage. If for some reason the items have been damaged in transit we will offer our free reprint service where possible, subject to same conditions outlined above, namely postage costs must be covered by the customer.

All of our ticket based products contain a warning on the rear indicating our company name and the warning about ticket use.

Delivery
If you require an item by a specific date please state this when ordering and we will do our best to get it to you by that date. Generally delivery time will be within 14 days. However, certain items i.e. special orders, custom orders and out of stock items may take longer so please allow for this when ordering. For deliveries we use An Post and will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. If we cannot deliver to the country specified, we will contact you directly. Please also include a day-time contact telephone number that we can use if required. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and where goods are held at a delivery depot due to no one being there to sign for them, you are responsible for collecting the goods promptly. It is important you supply an accurate address.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit, however please reference the above section on “Order Reprint”, where we will make all possible efforts to assist in replacing the items.
Please note: if you are returning an item for whatever reason you must use a traceable courier or registered post. If you do not use these services you are accepting full responsibility if the item gets lost in transit and Pretend Tickets are not obliged to replace this item. It may not be possible for us to deliver to some countries. In this case you will be contacted and you will receive a full refund.
** Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as Pretend Tickets will not be held liable for these.

Governing Law
These Terms Of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Ireland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. This will not prevent Pretend Tickets from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other jurisdiction throughout the world.
